Totally Adorable Two and Half Old Boy

I WON one of the photo shoots from my last blog post from Stephanie Hyde Photography. Aren't they just absolutely adorable! This girl is AMAZING!! Asher is enjoying a well deserved cookie at the end of his shoot. He is also trying to give Steph a piece because is simply a very sweet and giving little boy. Gosh I love the kid. Asher was so wiggly and didn't want to sit still the whole time. Even though he was just crazy she took some really amazing pictures, and I never felt like my child was a burden because he couldn't sit still. In other words, she is simply amazing with kids. Merry Christmas

We went to Strawberry Canyon which is by Preston, Idaho to get our tree. We had a lot of fun and we were able to find the perfect tree.

Thomas put the lights on and I decorated the tree. I got the old window for free from our landlord who replaced the old one's downstairs with new one's. I used it to frame all of the Christmas cards we got.

 On Christmas Eve we went and saw Santa at the mall. I wasn't sure how Asher was going to handle it but he was adorable and asked Santa for Play dough and Lego's. 

We got some cookies for Santa and when we woke up they were eaten!

We wanted to start the tradition of putting streamers on the door on Christmas. It was so cute becasue it was Thomas's idea to do it. 

Asher got so many wonderful presents for everyone! He loved this sword and shield from his cousin Maya.

Holiday Switch

Yes, it's true that I like me some good old Lifetime movies every once in a while. I mean what's a mommy got to do when she has the house clean and doesn't have any homework to do - ya - that's because I'm totally done. I finished up my bachelors degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. I will walk in May with my husband. I really liked this movie because we are dirt poor college students. A lot of days it's hard because we have hardly a clue of what's going to happen in our future, and it seems like so many have it all mapped out with success. But I got me some good husband that supports and loves me in ways that are undecidable. I also have the sweetest little boy ever. We have lots of love and everyday I strive to make my family happy because really there is nothing else that would make me more happy. Merry Christmas. I can't wait to post pictures of our very first at home!!
